There is a saying that people who are hurting, hurt other people. We wanted this story to reflect that idea and perhaps shed a light on the failings of our society to protect the vulnerable.

Years ago, the Ghoul of Belmont was created in a lab by a mad scientist who was desperate for a friend. It escaped and brought murder and mayhem all over town before vanishing. Decades later, it is on the loose again while two detectives hunt it down in hopes of bringing this dark legend to an end at long last.
