Carlos Cobos Aroca is a Director based in Barcelona. He graduated Audiovisuals and later a
"Film Directing" Master at ESCAC (Escola Superior de Cinema i Audiovisuals de Catalunya)
where developed his first ShortFilm "Parallelism", a 80's horror story filmed in "Hospital del
Tórax", one of the most "haunted" places in Spain.
Years after, he made his second Horror film "Succession", getting around 11 awards and 72
national and international selections, including Sitges Film Festival.
In 2022, Antonio Rosa Lobo (Producer) reach an agreement with David Bond (Bloodthirsty)
and Gregory S. Burkart (BlackBoxTV) for being part of "Creepypasta: The movie" with
another Horror ShortFilm: “Back to Bed”.
“Creepypasta: The movie” is a horror anthology which was in the Top 3 of “ScreamBox”
(Streaming service designed for horror enthusiasts) during more than 6 months.
Actually he is developing the script of his first feature film "Sacrifice", a nightmare that tells
the story of a boy who has to survive in the immensity of a forest after witnessing how a cult
tortured his father until death.
Carlos was involved in several projects performing all kinds of roles, such as; Director,
Screenwriter, Assistant Director, Script, Producer and Editor.
