Dwayne Tillman, John Bailey
Born and raised in Perth and now based in Melbourne, Dwayne’s filmmaking journey began in 2012, studying and completing a Bachelor of Film and Video at Edith Cowan University. Since then, Dwayne has directed a range of shorts including Deep End, In This House and most recently, Dinner With Dad, as well as assisting on projects such as Perchance to Dream and Batgirl Returns. Dwayne has a particular interest in the bridge between the weird and uncanny, and the reality of our world.
John is a Gaffer based in Perth, having studied at the WA Film and Television Institute. Over the years, he has worked on numerous feature films, including the recently released "Before Dawn". While his primary role is as a gaffer, John also has a strong passion for photography and special effects. His short film "In This House" is his first experience co-directing since completing his studies.
