Michael Thomas
Michael is a WA-based filmmaker who grew up on genre cinema. Michael wrote and directed ‘Don’t Go Into the Basement’ as part of his honours thesis, examining audience relationship with the horror and grindhouse genre.
Michael has since been working as an AD on projects including short films, web-series and feature films. Additionally he has kept productive with script-writing, and is in pre-production for his next short horror film.
